I find insights that fuel loveable products and hit your goals.
Gleaning meaningful and actionable insights from research data requires focused attention that teams can't afford to spend. I have 25+ years of experience in conducting and using UX research. I'm ready to help.
A short note on my journey and why it matters to you
I’ve always been a UX leader or practitioner first. But research has been the throughline of my career, grounding my team’s design decisions, from quick guerrilla tests of prototypes to full task-based usability studies. Those insights are what make experiences that move the needle.
So whether you’re a UX or Product leader, I’ve been in your seat. I know balancing user and business needs is a delicate act. That’s where I come in: I bring the neutrality and focus to get you answers while you keep steering the ship.

Evidence-driven global navigation redesign
Over time, a widely used administrative SaaS platform had grown inconsistent. Users floundered without a unified and usable global navigation. Two things were needed from research: a clear picture of where the current experience was failing, and a reliable way to know whether the redesign options actually fixed it.

An enterprise risk platform from discovery to beta
An opportunity to help organizations evaluate vendor risk seemed promising. Before committing to major features, the team wanted to fine-tune their understanding of this assessment process. Once a concept existed, moving it forward to beta depended on evidence that customers wanted it and could use it.

Designing a comp management system with users
An HR technology company was building a new compensation management application. The team needed confidence that the MVP would solve the right problems in the right way before committing development resources. Post-MVP. they needed additional insights to prioritize the product backlog.
